The Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee, which grows at altitudes at 5000 ft, is - very simply – THE BEST COFFEE in the world. The admirable Mavis Banks variety represents this perfection. It is a superb coffee characterized by a nutty aroma, bright acidity and a unique, clean, rich flavor. Don’t look for strong flavors in Jamaica Blue Mountain, look for balance. Or better; don't look for anything in particular. Let the unique aroma of this coffee express itself! Dark Roast is highly recommended.
