Sulawesi G1 Wet Hulled – Mamasa Valley (Aged 36 Months)

One time recognized as Celebes, Sulawesi island is located west of Papua New Guinea in the Indonesian Archipelago islands. This marvelous coffee is very similar to the Sumatrans. The smooth full-body is a tad more acidity than Sumatra’s. A touch of richness makes this a well balanced mellow cup with sweet and syrupy tones. Dark roast for a little extra body. Elegantly splendid!
