The best known Nicaraguan coffees are produced by the wet-process in the Jinotega and Matagalpa regions and are light-medium bodied, clean and crisp acidity. Nicaraguan coffee trees produce large coffee beans and is best roasted a little darker. It can also handle a french roast with no problems unlike a softer coffee bean (Brazil for example) This is a great, balanced cup of coffee you are sure to enjoy!
